Pay the deposit to be front of the queue and avoid missing out if stocks run out! By paying the below amount you are placing a non-refundable deposit, which will be credited to your account. This will then be deducted from your future subscription amount, irrespective of the subscription you choose, for the 2026 Summer season, starting on the 2nd of April 2026. This deposit will be valid until the end of 2026.

By making payment of the deposit amount stated below (“the Deposit”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Nature of Deposit
The Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including (without limitation) any decision by you not to proceed with, renew, or enter into a subscription.
Application of Deposit
The Deposit will be credited to your customer account and automatically deducted from the total payable amount of your future air conditioning subscription for the 2026 Summer Season, commencing on 2 April 2026, irrespective of the subscription package or plan you subsequently select.
Validity Period
The Deposit will remain valid and applicable only until 31 December 2026. If no subscription is entered into by that date, the Deposit will expire and will not be refunded or transferable.
No Entitlement to Interest or Refund
The Deposit does not accrue interest and will not be refunded, exchanged, or credited beyond the terms set out above.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By paying the Deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full, that you are entering into this agreement voluntarily, and that you acknowledge this payment as a legally binding non-refundable deposit under the laws of England and Wales.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising under or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
